PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.

This positions will help us to develop strategic partnerships (service providers) in order to build up a set of products capable to elaborate a highly competitive offer to Low and high-risk operations. Also, will need to develop commercial strategy in order to offer the different products and services that has previously developed


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap & requirements development, and product launch
  • Develop strategies for new markets, products, or services
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our company and its features across primary market segments
  • Developing sales strategies and plans to increase market share in existing markets and enter new markets
  • Coordinating with local government agencies and community leaders to manage company operations in accordance with local laws and customs
  • Ensuring that marketing campaigns and advertising meet local standards and appeal to local consumers
  • Conducting market research in order to identify new business opportunities or consumer preferences

Education and experience

  • STEM, Business Administration studies
  • Experience in the digital payments business from 3 years is a must
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with the Credit Card Acquiring / Sub-acquiring process
  • Relationships with Banks and Acquirers (Network)
